FlickScore is created and operated by Ovrimo LLC.

FlickScore is intended for lighthearted entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical, diagnostic, biometric identification, or safety-critical service.

Please use common sense while playing. Stop using the app if you feel discomfort, distraction, strain, or irritation, and do not use FlickScore in unsafe environments or situations requiring attention.

Leaderboard submissions may be moderated, filtered, labeled low-confidence, hidden, or removed if they appear abusive, automated, deceptive, unsafe, manipulated, or technically suspicious.

Do not use FlickScore to harass others, impersonate individuals, manipulate rankings, exploit bugs, submit offensive usernames, or upload misleading profile information.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, leaderboard entries, or access to features at our discretion to maintain fairness, safety, and platform integrity.

Limited skins, cards, cosmetics, or other digital collectibles may be offered in the future. Purchases do not guarantee leaderboard placement, visibility, score advantage, or availability. Features and items may change over time.

FlickScore may update or modify gameplay systems, scoring methods, rankings, features, visuals, rewards, or these Terms as the product evolves.

FlickScore is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, ranking permanence, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovrimo LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

All FlickScore branding, visuals, software, and related content are owned by Ovrimo LLC unless otherwise stated.
